Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)
As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s productivity and the smooth operation of Laureato Solutions. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage the CEO’s schedule, and assist in various tasks crucial to the company’s success. The ideal candidate has prior administrative assistant experience, excels in organizational skills, and can work efficiently in a remote setting.
Must reside in the Virginia/Maryland/Washington, D.C. area

- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of meetings.
- Communication: Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines for the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and calls.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the CEO.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain important company documents and records.
- Research: Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
